| SPICE (Fűszeres) volt az első albuma a Spice Girls-nek 1996. november 6-án jelent meg a Virgin Records-nál. Az albumot felveték Olympic Studios 1995 és 1996 között az album prodcerei: Matt Rowe, Richard Stannard, Eliot Kennedy és Absolute. Öt maxi jelent az albumról: "Wannabe" 1996-ban jelent meg sok országban első helyezett volt. "Say You'll Be There" 1996-ban jelent meg angliában elérte az első helyezetet. "2 Become 1" 1996. végén jelent meg és ez volt az első olyan szám amit átírtak, hogy mindenki átéreze a dalt. Az album verziót Geri énekelte, a single verziót és élőben Victoria énekelte. "Mama/Who Do You Thinnk You Are" 1997 elején jelent meg mind a kettő elérte angliában az első helyezetet. 2007/2008-as túrnén Melanie B-nek a kettő lánya, Gerinek a lánya, Emmának a fia és Victoriának a három fia fent volt a színpadon amikor énekelték a Mama-t (Melanie C-nek 2009-ben született lánya) Eredetileg megjelent volna az ötödik kislemez Naked vagy Love Thing-ből de a Mama/Who Do Think You Are után a lányok elkezdtek dolgozni a második albumon. | |

| 2014. elején megjelent az interneten a Spice albumnak az eredeti dal listája amin csak hat dalt tartalmazott. Wannabe és a Love Thing már korrábban is megjelent. 2 Become 1-ban az eredetiben Melanie B helyett Victoria énekelte a Melanie C utáni részt. If You Can't Dance-ben a refrént egyedül Melanie C énekli. Step to Me eredetileg erre az albumra lett írva de ismeretlen okok miatt törölték. | |
